2. User-Generated Content

2.1 Ownership of Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create on the platform, including:

• Communication between users

2.2 License to Use

By creating content on our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store, process, and display your content for platform functionality
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement and research
• Share your content with authorized professionals (only with your consent)
• Backup and archive content for data protection purposes

Important: We will NEVER sell, publish, or commercially exploit your personal content without explicit written consent.

3. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purposes:

4. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content for commercial purposes
• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software
• Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or branding
• Create derivative works without written permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data
• Impersonate other users or falsify credentials
• Upload malicious content (viruses, malware)
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Access data you're not authorized to view
• Use the platform for unauthorized research or data collection

5. Third-Party Content

The platform may include content licensed from third parties:

• NHS Resources: Clinical guidelines and pathways (Crown Copyright, Open Government License)

Our taglines "Prevention is the Cure" and "Small Steps Create Big Change" are also protected intellectual property.

You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission except when referring to the platform in a fair use context (reviews, news articles, educational purposes).

7. Copyright Infringement

7.1 Reporting Infringement

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on our platform, please provide:
